Greetings to all Pastors in The Precious Name of Jesus,

 To assist us in this effort of assuring a quality license credentialing system for all of our licensures in the Apostolic Church of Jesus, Inc. We are in need of a list of names and titles of all ordained and license members under you pastorate. The list should include but is not limited to the following:

Ø      Ordained Elders

Ø      Ordained Deacons

Ø      License Ministers

Ø      License Missionaries

Ø      License Evangelist if Any

 In addition Pastors, please inform us of any missionaries that are considered preaching missionaries. In the future, it is in the vision of our Presiding Bishop to separate preaching missionaries from willing workers missionaries. Preaching missionaries will either become a license female minister or license evangelist.

Ø      Presently, the Apostolic Church of Jesus does not ordain female ministers; however, it is under review for the near future presently by the Presiding Bishop and the General Executive Board.

 Pastors, please take a moment out of your busy schedule to comply with this request. It is imperative that we receive this information no later than September 15, 2008 or sooner; so that we may proceed ahead to prepare for the upcoming Deacon’s and Minister Council.
