SUBJECT:      The Official Announcement for this year's Annual Women's Conference, scheduled for Thursday

                        to   Sunday, October 23-26, 2008

This remittance is in reference to the Annual 2008 Women’s Conference. The month of October is quickly approaching. We are filled with excitement about how God is blessing, restoring, and rebuilding the Apostolic Church of Jesus, Inc., under the leadership of Presiding Bishop, Bishop Stanley C. Smith.  It is our sincere desire, that our organization move forward and build upon this momentum, encouraging all member in the body of Christ to be continually prayerful and supportive.   Please except this letter as the Official Announcement for this year’s Annual Women’s Conference scheduled for Thursday – Sunday, October 23-26, 2008.

The theme this year will be, Strengthen that which remains! “All is not Dead” Scripture text: Revelation 3: vs. 2. Also, in the very near future you will receive information from the General Mother, Mother Edith Lee and her staff concerning this great meeting. For your information and early preparations I have enclosed a flyer for circulation as well as hotel information to prepare for a comfortable stay for the scheduled services. As always, we are expecting full participation form all Local Women Ministries as well as the Church at large.

Ø      The Official Host Church for this conference will be Avon Park, Florida; and the Official Hotel and meeting place will be the Quality Inn & Suites^TM Conference Center in Sebring, Florida.

 We need you to support the conference staff in their efforts to make this year's women's conference a great, empowering, and rewarding time for the ACOJ, Inc Women in Ministry.  Pastors, please encourage all members, especially the Men, to please attend.
